Cleaning / Washing
The cleaning is executed according to agreed remaining dirt specifications
The cleaning is executed under clean room conditions
We guarantee no deformation via temperature differences while washing / drying

We clean according to VDA 19 Sauberkeitsanforderungen

Provision of goods
Commissioning and storage:
Only material of one sort, per customer and blister packaging / small-load container (KLT) according to packing and delivery regulation

Packing:
Bundles / paletts will be wrapped in film, and tied up with non-metallic or steel straps.

Identification:
Bundles will be marked with blister packaging number, number of pieces and complete delivery address.
The bundle will be made available for shipping with palett tags.

Procedure of return delivery/shipping
Only washed and completely dry blister packaging/small-load containers pass our final inspection for shipping.

The organization of the empties flow is managed according to the needs of the customer.

If required, the comparison of the empties quantity is managed in direct cooperation with the manufacturer, the customer and Umgemo. It is possible to keep the agreed delivery cycles in consideration of the scheduling rhythm. So the circulation volume of empties is transparent and can be checked at any time.

Umgemo prepares the shipping documents for the shipping/forwarding agendy in Germany.
